What You’ll Do Greet every member and guest with warmth, precision, and quiet confidence. Be the go-to for information on all things ARMA — from BJJ classes to recovery sessions and workspace bookings. Solve problems before they arise and take initiative far beyond your job description. Maintain a beautifully presented front-of-house space in line with our luxury aesthetic. Liaise across departments (coaches, wellness staff, management) to ensure every touchpoint is seamless. Support the experience of VIPs and special guests with professionalism and discretion. Handle bookings, transactions, and member support with care and confidentiality. Keep the community informed and engaged with upcoming events, promotions, and programmes. Who You Are You’ve worked in premium service environments — think boutique hotels, high-end cafés, stylish fitness clubs, or elevated coworking. You’re naturally curious about health, fitness, and human performance — even if you\’re not an athlete yourself. You’re polished, professional, and organised, with a strong sense of personal presence. You’re a self-starter — someone who sees what needs doing and gets it done. You’re confident with tech and happy navigating booking and CRM systems. You’re calm under pressure, always looking to enhance the guest experience.
