Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £60,000 – £90,000 OTE (including competitive basic DOE + uncapped commission & car allowance)
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:45am – 6pm (with some Saturdays on rotation DOE)
Are you an ambitious Senior Negotiator or Valuer looking for your next step? This is an exciting opportunity to join one of South West London’s most successful estate agency offices as an Assistant Sales Manager.
This is a high-volume, top-3 market office with a strong reputation and a consistently high number of instructions and completions. You’ll be stepping into a well-structured team with excellent leads, a solid stock list, and the backing of an established brand name.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carrying out property valuations and winning new instructions – a core part of this role.
- Driving stock levels and ensuring the office maintains a leading market share.
- Supporting the Sales Director in leading and motivating a high-performing team.
- Negotiating offers and seeing sales through to completion.
- Managing your own pipeline and overseeing sales progression.
- Building long-term relationships with vendors and buyers, providing exceptional customer service.
About You:
- Essential: proven experience conducting property valuations in London.
- Strong track record as a Senior Sales Negotiator or Valuer in a busy, high-volume office.
- Confident at pitching and winning instructions in a competitive market.
- Strong local knowledge of South West London property (Tooting and surrounds a bonus).
- Ambitious, entrepreneurial, and motivated by progression – this role is designed to develop into Sales Manager.
- Highly organised with excellent communication and leadership skills.
