Location: Mayfair, London
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm (No Weekends!)

The Opportunity
You’ll be the bridge between motivated buyers and some of London’s most desirable homes. Using your background in property sales, you’ll proactively manage warm leads, nurture long-term relationships, and act as a trusted advisor throughout the buying process.
Working alongside a dynamic and high-performing team, you’ll have access to a world-class client database and an incredible network across multiple prime central London offices. Your success will be driven by your ability to identify unserviced buyers, understand their needs, and guide them seamlessly from enquiry through to completion.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead Management: Work through qualified internal leads, identifying serious buyers and ensuring every enquiry is followed up promptly.
- Client Relationships: Build trust and rapport with high-value clients, offering tailored guidance and a premium level of service.
- Property Matching: Collaborate with brokers and negotiators to match buyers with new, off-market, and pre-market listings.
- Market Insight: Advise clients with in-depth knowledge of London’s prime property market, trends, and values.
- Negotiation & Sales Progression: Negotiate offers, manage transactions, and oversee the full buying process through to completion.
- Organisation: Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure every client touchpoint reflects the company’s reputation for excellence.
About You
- 1–3 years’ experience in residential sales, ideally within Prime Central London
- Comfortable conducting viewings, negotiating deals, and managing sales progression
- Naturally client-focused, with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Organised, proactive, and commercially driven
- Confident working with high-value clients who expect precision and professionalism
- A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
