Client Account Manager – Prime London Property Location: Mayfair, London Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm (No Weekends!) This is a rare opportunity to work within one of London’s most respected names in prime real estate, serving high-net-worth clients, dealing with exclusive off-market opportunities, and shaping property journeys with discretion and expertise. The Opportunity You’ll be the bridge between motivated buyers and some of London’s most desirable homes. Using your background in property sales, you’ll proactively manage warm leads, nurture long-term relationships, and act as a trusted advisor throughout the buying process. Working alongside a dynamic and high-performing team, you’ll have access to a world-class client database and an incredible network across multiple prime central London offices. Your success will be driven by your ability to identify unserviced buyers, understand their needs, and guide them seamlessly from enquiry through to completion. What You’ll Be Doing Lead Management: Work through qualified internal leads, identifying serious buyers and ensuring every enquiry is followed up promptly. Client Relationships: Build trust and rapport with high-value clients, offering tailored guidance and a premium level of service. Property Matching: Collaborate with brokers and negotiators to match buyers with new, off-market, and pre-market listings.
