We’re working exclusively with a highly regarded law firm in London to find an experienced Senior Conveyancing Paralegal to join their growing residential property team. This is an exceptional opportunity to work 1:1 with a senior fee earner, supporting a high-quality caseload of residential sales and purchases from pre-instruction to post-completion. The Role
You’ll be a vital member of a close-knit conveyancing team, managing key elements of the transaction lifecycle. Responsibilities will include:
- Full client onboarding including AML and ID checks via Thirdfort/Infotrack
- Drafting contract packs and managing pre/post-completion tasks
- Handling enquiries, redemption statements, management packs and searches
- Liaising with clients, agents, and solicitors to keep transactions moving smoothly
- Using platforms like Hoowla, LMS, and Lender Exchange to manage matters efficiently
- Providing excellent client care and maintaining meticulous attention to detail throughout
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2–3 years' experience in residential conveyancing (sales and purchase)
- Confident in managing transactions with minimal supervision
- Strong IT and case management skills (ideally Hoowla, LMS, Lender Exchange)
- A proactive and personable approach with excellent communication skills
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
