Experienced Property Sales Consultant – London (Liverpool Street)

Monday–Friday 9am–6pm + 1 in 5 Saturdays (Half-day in lieu)
If you’ve worked as a Sales Negotiator, Senior Negotiator, or Valuer, you already have the skills to succeed here, but without weekend-heavy schedules, viewings, fall-throughs, or pipeline uncertainty.

This is a consultative, phone-led property sales role where volume, pace, and professionalism drive serious earnings.
- Inbound leads only – no canvassing, door knocking, or chasing listings
- No viewings, chains, or sales falling through at exchange

The Role
As the first point of contact for motivated sellers, you’ll manage a high volume of inbound enquiries, qualify circumstances, and guide clients to the most suitable solution within the wider group.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Handling inbound calls from UK homeowners looking to sell
- Managing high call volumes (80–100 per day) confidently
- Qualifying seller motivation, timelines, and property details
- Having credible, professional property conversations, not hard selling
- Overcoming objections through rapport and trust
- Converting warm opportunities into completed outcomes
- Working closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless client journey
What We’re Looking For
- Background in estate agency, property sales, or residential sales
- Comfortable selling over the phone with confidence and authority
- Strong objection-handling and closing ability
- Target-driven, resilient, and motivated by commission
- Able to think commercially and adapt conversations quickly
