Sales Negotiator – High-End Independent Agency | Fulham

£18,000 – £25,000 basic | £60,000 – £75,000 OTE | Company Tesla | 25 days holiday + BHs

The Role

You’ll split your time between the office and out on viewings, getting to know applicants and understanding their needs before guiding them through the buying process with care and expertise. Your day-to-day will involve:

  • Conducting viewings and building lasting relationships with buyers
  • Managing your applicants from first enquiry to offer and beyond
  • Working closely with solicitors and colleagues to ensure sales progress smoothly
  • Handling negotiations and delivering honest, professional advice to clients
  • Maintaining excellent communication with buyers and sellers throughout the process
  • Supporting your manager with feedback, updates, and sales progression as needed

What You\’ll Need

  • A minimum of 2 years\’ experience as a sales negotiator (ideally in London)
  • A full UK driving licence
  • A customer-first mindset and genuine passion for property
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently
  • A calm, mature approach and great communication skills

The Package

  • Basic salary £22,000 – £25,000 (depending on experience)
  • OTE £60,000 – £80,000
  • 25 days holiday per year, plus public holidays
  • Use of a branded Tesla for viewings
  • Hours: Mon–Fri 9am–6pm & one in three Saturdays 10am–6pm
