The role
As a Sales Negotiator, you’ll be office-based and phone-focused, handling a high volume of calls each day. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing inbound and outbound calls to book viewings and generate offers.
- Negotiating between buyers and vendors to secure the best possible outcome.
- Advising vendors on pricing strategy and reductions where needed.
- Providing excellent vendor care throughout the sales journey.
- Coordinating with solicitors and buyers to collect necessary information for sales progression.
- Driving performance against KPIs and contributing to team success.
What we’re looking for
- Previous estate agency or property sales experience (online or high street).
- Confident negotiator, able to manage both vendor and buyer expectations.
- Comfortable in a high-volume, phone-based sales environment.
- Target-driven and motivated by commission.
- Strong understanding of compliance in property sales.

The package
💰 Basic salary: £27,500
