💰 Salary: £27,500 basic + Uncapped commission

The role

As a Sales Negotiator, you’ll be office-based and phone-focused, handling a high volume of calls each day. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing inbound and outbound calls to book viewings and generate offers.
  • Negotiating between buyers and vendors to secure the best possible outcome.
  • Advising vendors on pricing strategy and reductions where needed.
  • Providing excellent vendor care throughout the sales journey.
  • Coordinating with solicitors and buyers to collect necessary information for sales progression.
  • Driving performance against KPIs and contributing to team success.

What we’re looking for

  • Previous estate agency or property sales experience (online or high street).
  • Confident negotiator, able to manage both vendor and buyer expectations.
  • Comfortable in a high-volume, phone-based sales environment.
  • Target-driven and motivated by commission.
  • Strong understanding of compliance in property sales.
  • Resilient, persuasive, and customer-focused.

The package

💰 Basic salary: £27,500

Guarantee: up to £35,000

🎯 OTE: £50,000–£60,000 (year one realistic)

📈 Commission: Uncapped + performance bonuses

🌴 Holidays: 25 days + bank holidays
