The role:
This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll balance managing a small team with closing your own deals. You’ll oversee compliance, coach consultants, and ensure clients enjoy a seamless, transparent sales journey.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading, coaching, and motivating 2–3 Sales Consultants to exceed targets
- Driving your own sales pipeline and ensuring properties are priced to sell within 30 days
- Overseeing AML checks and compliance across all sales activity
- Handling escalated client queries with professionalism and care
- Setting and monitoring KPIs, providing feedback and development
- Reporting on sales performance and contributing ideas for growth strategy
What we’re looking for:
- Proven track record in estate agency sales (traditional or online)
- Experience leading and motivating small teams
- Strong knowledge of UK property regulations and AML compliance
- Confident negotiator and closer, with a customer-first mindset
- Organised, resilient, and motivated by results
Desirable but not essential:
- Experience in fast-sales or online agency models
- Familiarity with Reapit, Salesforce, or similar CRMs
