Job Title: Property Auctions Sales Executive
Location: South East London and 2 days in Chiswick Business Park
Our client, a leading name in the property industry, is seeking an enthusiastic Property Auctions Valuer to join their successful and fast-growing Auctions department. This is a fast-paced, dynamic role that involves working closely with an external auction partner to market properties and secure optimal sale prices for clients.
Responsibilities:
As a Property Auctions Valuer, you will:
- Handle enquiries via telephone and email in a timely and professional manner
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property investors and qualify their buying or selling requirements
- Establish and manage a pipeline of investors looking to sell their properties via auction
- Negotiate sale prices with sellers to ensure alignment with market expectations and auction timelines
- Build strong working relationships with front office managers and directors to identify and progress auction opportunities
- Manage the auction pipeline and client relationships specifically within the South East London region
- Work collaboratively with the external auction company to ensure properties are marketed effectively and to the right audience
- Generate new leads through outbound prospecting and referrals from the wider business
- Provide expert advice on the auction process to clients, ensuring they are fully informed at every stage
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge
- Attend internal meetings and auction events to support the teamβs objectives and client satisfaction
What we are looking for:
- Previous property experience is a bonus, but not essential β full training will be provided
- A positive, can-do attitude β you will need resilience and enthusiasm to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment
- Excellent communication skills β both written and verbal, with the ability to explain the auction process clearly to clients
- Confident over the phone β a key part of this role is handling investor enquiries and negotiating with sellers
- A natural relationship-builder β you will work with everyone from investors to internal directors and front-office managers
- Self-motivated with strong organisational skills β especially important for managing your pipeline and region effectively
- Target-driven β you should enjoy working towards and exceeding goals, especially when generating new leads
