This is a rare opportunity to step into a position where your insight directly shapes outcomes.
The Opportunity
As a Lender Research Analyst, you’ll become the internal expert on international lending markets, from Luxembourg private banks to wider European and global lenders. You won’t be client‑facing; instead, you’ll power the brokers behind the scenes, producing intelligent, deal‑ready lender shortlists that enable complex cross‑border transactions to happen quickly and effectively. Your work will be used on live mandates. It will influence decisions. And from day one, you’ll have ownership.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Translating broker briefs into clear, ranked lender recommendations
- Providing insight on criteria fit, indicative terms, risks, and deal friction
- Owning and evolving a live international lender database
- Tracking market appetite, new lenders, and regulatory changes
- Acting as the go‑to for broker queries on international lending
What We’re Looking For
- Fluent French AND Spanish (essential)
- Strong research and analytical mindset (graduate calibre)
- Highly organised, process‑driven approach
- Genuine interest in property finance and international markets
- London‑based and able to work full‑time in the office
- Experience in financial services, property, or private banking is a bonus but not essential.
This could be your entry point into a high‑performing, intellectually stimulating environment. If you’re looking for a role where your thinking has real impact and where you can build something from the ground up we’d love to hear from you.
