We’re working with one of the UK’s most recognisable estate agency brands to appoint an ambitious Lettings Manager / Valuer to lead growth across Berkshire and The Chilterns. This is a unique hybrid position combining field autonomy with the structure, resources, and culture of a nationally renowned property business.
The role
You’ll be at the forefront of building market share across your region — valuing properties, securing new instructions, and delivering an exceptional experience for landlords and tenants alike. Supported by an award-winning marketing team and best-in-class technology, you’ll focus on driving lettings performance and supporting a motivated team of negotiators to exceed their goals.
Key responsibilities
- Conducting lettings valuations and winning new landlord instructions
- Driving performance and exceeding personal and branch targets
- Ensuring outstanding service delivery throughout the lettings process
- Supporting, developing, and motivating lettings negotiators
- Stepping in for the Lettings Manager when required
About you
We’re looking for a confident and experienced lettings professional with:
- A proven track record in residential lettings valuations and listings within Berkshire/Bucks
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- A commercial mindset with a drive to exceed targets
- Full UK driving licence and a genuine passion for property
