About the Role
You will balance office tasks with property viewings and building strong relationships with potential renters and understanding their needs. When not conducting viewings, you will communicate with applicants and landlords, handle negotiations, and manage inquiries. Upon agreeing on a 'let,' you will oversee the process, including liaising with contractors and facilitating contract signings, culminating in handing over the keys to new tenants. Success in this meritocratic environment depends on your drive and determination.
Responsibilities:
- Consistent delivery of 5-star customer service
- Applicant management: Booking and conducting viewings, pulling in offers, and getting deals agreed
- Tenancy admin: Cooperating with other staff members to progress tenancies from offer agreed to move-in
- Client management: Assisting your manager in updating landlords with viewing feedback, offers, general advice, recommended price changes, etc.
- Conducting Accurate Valuations: Use your market knowledge and analytical skills to appraise properties, ensuring accurate and fair valuations to win instructions
- Marketing: Assisting in the generation of new letting business in the local area and looking out for new leads as you go about your day-to-day business
Requirements:
- At least 1 year experience as a lettings negotiator (preferably in London)
- Experience conducting valuations
- Full UK Manual driving license
Offer:
