Valuer / Lister – Berkshire & The Chilterns (Hybrid Role!!) Sales and/or Lettings.

🏡 Hybrid working – HQ in West London 2 days, field-based majority of the week

The Role

As a Valuer covering Berkshire and The Chilterns, you’ll combine autonomy in the field with the structure and support of a high‑performing central team.

Your focus will be on building market share, securing new listings, and ensuring every client receives best‑in‑class service.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct property valuations and win new instructions
• Drive performance to exceed individual and branch targets
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences throughout the process
• Support, develop, and motivate local sales teams
• Step in for the Sales Manager when required

About You

• Experienced in residential property valuations across Berkshire/Bucks
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
• Ambitious, self‑motivated, and commercially minded
• Full UK driving licence
