We’re looking for an experienced Property Manager to manage a diverse portfolio of properties in South East London. If you’ve got at least 12 months of property management experience and are ready to take on a new challenge, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Location: Norbury Office, London

Contract: Full-time, Permanent

Hours: Monday – Friday (9am – 5:30pm) 1-2 day work from home after training.

Salary: £27,000 - £35,000 per annum (depending on experience) + bonuses

  • Oversee tenancy progressions, ensuring smooth transitions and full compliance with financial, rental, and legal matters.
  • Manage maintenance issues and coordinate projects to ensure properties are well-maintained.
  • Lead inspections, advise landlords on property conditions, and handle end-of-tenancy procedures.

Minimum 12 months of property management experience. Proven ability to manage a portfolio of properties and handle maintenance, compliance, and tenant relations.
