Property Management Specialist (Compliance – Fixed-Term Project)

We’re partnering with a well-established property business to recruit a Property Management Specialist for a fixed-term compliance project based in Wimbledon. This is a fantastic opportunity not only to make an immediate impact, but also to position yourself for a potential permanent role within the wider group, based on performance.

The Role

You’ll play a key part in supporting property licensing compliance, with responsibilities including:

  • Auditing portfolios to confirm licensing requirements.
  • Preparing and submitting licence applications, working closely with landlords and local authorities.
  • Coordinating safety works to meet licence conditions.
  • Managing licence renewals and ensuring ongoing compliance.
  • Updating internal records to keep everything accurate and on track.

We are also seeking one Team Leader within the group, to provide day-to-day guidance and oversight.
