Office Coordinator – Property & Customer Experience

Company Car: Manual car provided or use of a pool car if preferred + £175 monthly car allowance (for fuel/parking)

Start Date: 5th January 2027

Looking for a role where every day is different, you meet new people and there's room to grow?

We're looking for a friendly, organised and proactive Office Coordinator (Lettings) to join a busy, sociable property team in Wandsworth.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service.

You might currently work in hospitality, retail, hotels, customer service or reception, or perhaps you've recently graduated and are looking for your first full-time opportunity. Whatever your background, if you're personable, switched on and keen to learn, we'd love to hear from you.

No previous property experience is needed. Full training and professional qualification support will be provided.

What will you be doing?

You'll play an important part in the day-to-day running of the business, helping customers find their next home and ensuring everything runs smoothly from their first enquiry through to moving in.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Customer experience: Responding to enquiries, building relationships with prospective tenants and helping them find the right property.
  • Property viewings: Arranging and conducting viewings, showing prospective tenants around available homes.
  • Organisation & coordination: Managing appointments, following up with applicants and keeping everything moving efficiently.
  • Communication: Staying in touch with applicants, answering questions and keeping people updated throughout the process.
  • Administration: Updating customer records using HubSpot and supporting the referencing process through Goodlord.
  • Problem solving: Handling customer queries, managing expectations and finding solutions in a busy environment.
  • Teamwork: Working closely with colleagues to deliver a great experience and achieve shared goals.

You'll eventually manage your own portfolio of applicants, giving you the opportunity to take ownership, develop your confidence and build valuable commercial skills.

What makes someone successful in this role?

We're much more interested in your attitude and personality than your previous job title.

You could be a great fit if you:

  • Enjoy meeting people and building positive relationships.
  • Have excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Are naturally organised and good at juggling different priorities.
  • Remain calm and positive when things get busy.
  • Take initiative and enjoy getting things done.
  • Are reliable, punctual and take pride in your work.
  • Are ambitious and excited about learning something new.

Experience in hospitality, retail, hotels, travel, reception, events or customer service would be particularly relevant. Recent graduates are also encouraged to apply.

A full UK manual driving licence is essential, as you'll be travelling to properties to conduct viewings.

You'll be joining an established London co-living business that has been providing shared homes for professionals since 2007, with a portfolio of approximately 1,200 rooms across London.

It's a friendly, sociable working environment where people are trusted to get on with their work, supported by an experienced team and given the opportunity to develop.

You'll also enjoy:

  • Structured training and ongoing support.
  • ARLA qualification support, giving you a recognised professional qualification.
  • A company car, with a pool car available if preferred.
  • £175 monthly car allowance, with parking and congestion costs covered.
  • Uncapped commission, with £50 per let (£60 when monthly targets are achieved).
  • 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
  • Christmas office closure between Christmas Eve and New Year.
  • Regular team socials, summer and Christmas parties.
  • A friendly office environment with two very popular office dogs!

Where could this role take you?

This is more than just an entry-level office position. You'll develop customer relationship management, negotiation, organisation and commercial skills, with the opportunity to progress within the property industry.

If you're looking for a fresh challenge, your first professional role or a chance to turn your customer service experience into a long-term career, we'd love to hear from you.
