Are you a Mortgage Broker with 2–4 years’ experience who wants to step up into larger, more complex, higher-value cases?

The Role

You’ll handle a pipeline of high-quality leads from long-standing introducers, while building your own relationships with developers, lenders, and international clients.

You will:

• Work whole-of-market, advising on complex, high-value mortgage cases
• Manage end-to-end applications with paraplanner/admin support
• Engage with international clients (Hong Kong, Singapore, UAE, etc.)
• Attend lender breakfasts, events and client meetings with senior leadership
• Contribute to a growing team in a high-trust, high-performance environment

This role suits someone ready to progress quickly into more complex deals and higher commission brackets.

What We’re Looking For

• 2–4 years’ experience as a Mortgage Adviser/Broker
• Confident handling cases, structuring mortgages, and managing clients
• Ambition to work on larger, more intricate loan structures
• Strong communication skills with a polished, professional approach
• Someone who thrives in a collaborative, office-based environment (3–4 days p/w)
• CeMAP-qualified
