📍 Clapham, London (onsite with some travel)

About the Brand
Our client is one of London’s most exciting, premium fitness and performance destinations, a space that blends elite-level coaching, recovery, personal training and co-working under one roof. Their flagship site in Clapham is thriving, and with expansion plans underway and a fast-scaling kids’ programme set to launch nationwide, they’re entering an incredible growth phase.
The Opportunity
We’re searching for a hands-on, commercially minded Managing Director to lead the flagship site and drive the next chapter of growth. You’ll take full ownership of operations, team performance and commercial delivery, while steering expansion into new sites and building a scalable kids’ fitness programme.
This is a unique chance to lead a dynamic, high-performance culture; combining business leadership with genuine passion for fitness and wellbeing.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the operational and commercial performance of the flagship site
- Oversee, coach and grow a 25+ person team across operations, PT and coaching
- Take full P&L ownership and drive revenue across membership, PT and kids’ programmes
- Deliver new-site openings from concept to launch
- Scale a new national kids’ programme as a distinct business unit
- Work with marketing partners on brand-led campaigns, events and community engagement
About You
- 5+ years’ experience in senior operations or leadership roles within fitness, leisure or hospitality
- Proven track record managing multi-million-pound P&Ls
- Strong people leader who thrives in fast-paced, customer-centric environments
- Hands-on, strategic and growth-minded
- Passion for health, fitness or combat sports a plus (interest in BJJ ideal but not essential)
