If you have a solid grounding in residential property and are ready to broaden your commercial exposure, this role offers a genuinely different perspective on the industry. You’ll be based at the head office of one of London’s most established estate agency networks, working closely with multiple offices to support performance, grow instructions and strengthen relationships. Rather than managing one patch or branch, you’ll gain insight into how the wider property business operates, from winning instructions to supporting office strategy and growth. This is not cold sales. It’s advisory, relationship-led and commercially focused.

The role:

  • You’ll manage a portfolio of approximately 10–12 offices, acting as a trusted point of contact and commercial partner to office directors and managers.
  • Business development: Engaging with vendors, landlords and developers to generate valuations and instructions on behalf of your offices.
  • Account management: Working closely with subscribing offices to maximise opportunities, performance and return on investment.

Outbound calls are database-led and purposeful, not volume-driven or aggressive. Success comes from timing, insight and understanding the needs of both clients and offices. You’ll have autonomy to manage your day, clear targets, structured training and ongoing support.

Who this role suits:

  • This opportunity is well suited to someone who has 2–3+ years’ experience in property (sales, lettings, negotiation, business development, or a related role).
  • Is commercially curious and enjoys strategic conversations, not just transactional deals.
  • Wants Monday–Friday hours while remaining closely connected to the property industry.
  • Is confident, resilient and motivated by targets and outcomes.
  • Enjoys ownership, accountability and managing their own portfolio.
  • Is looking to build broader industry knowledge and long-term career progression.

Property experience is strongly preferred, but mindset, communication skills and drive are just as important.

What’s on offer:

  • Competitive basic salary (open and dependent on experience).
  • Realistic OTE £35k–£40k+ (with strong performers exceeding this).
  • Commission paid across valuations, instructions, completions & mortgage referrals.
  • Quarterly bonuses and regular incentives.
  • 20 days holiday + bank holidays + your birthday off.
  • Central London office location (The Strand).
  • Structured onboarding and continuous professional development.
  • Exposure to senior leadership, marketing, technology and franchise operations.

Many individuals in this team have progressed into senior commercial, operational and leadership roles within the wider business.

Culture & environment:

This is a professional and supportive environment. Expectations are high, but management style is trusting and collaborative. The team is sociable, driven and focused on long-term success rather than short-term pressure. It’s a role that rewards consistency, commercial thinking and effort and offers real longevity for the right person.

If you’re experienced in property and curious about the bigger picture of the industry, I’d be happy to share more. Message me directly or apply via LinkedIn.
