We’re partnering with an ambitious, fast‑scaling organization in the property and professional services space to appoint a talented M&A Analyst. This is a rare opportunity to join a highly acquisitive, private equity‑backed business that is actively reshaping its sector through strategic growth and integration. Since 2021, our client has completed an impressive number of acquisitions across the UK and shows no signs of slowing down. As part of their continued expansion, they are now strengthening their M&A team with an analytically sharp and commercially driven individual.
The Opportunity
Working closely with senior leadership, including the M&A Manager and Director, you’ll play a key role across the full deal lifecycle — from origination through to execution and integration. This is a hands‑on position offering exceptional exposure to live transactions, strategic decision‑making, and direct engagement with senior stakeholders and investors.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Evaluating acquisition opportunities and supporting deal origination activity
- Analysing financial performance and key commercial drivers of target businesses
- Building robust financial models and forecasts
- Preparing clear, insightful investment papers for senior decision‑makers
- Supporting due diligence processes and cross‑functional collaboration
- Assisting with post‑acquisition performance tracking and integration analysis
About You
- ACA / ACCA / CIMA recently qualified (or part‑qualified)
- 1–2 years’ experience in M&A, corporate finance, transaction services or FP&A
- Strong financial modelling and Excel capabilities
- Confident analysing financial statements and interpreting commercial performance
- Detail‑oriented, with the ability to communicate insights clearly
- Proactive, curious, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment
- Any exposure to real estate or professional services is a bonus
