They are now looking for a Head of People Operations to join their People & Culture function and play a pivotal role in shaping the employee experience. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on building, improving, and simplifying people processes while driving real impact across the organisation.
The Role
Reporting to the HR Director, you'll act as a subject matter expert, delivering a wide range of transformational projects; from implementing a new companywide appraisal scheme, to enhancing benefits, streamlining processes, and driving retention initiatives. You'll work closely with senior leaders, presenting ideas and influencing change at the highest level.
This role is ideal for a people-focused project manager who combines strategic thinking with hands-on delivery. You'll be empowered to design, embed, and continuously improve the people journey, ensuring that systems, policies and culture all align to attract, retain, and develop the very best talent.
