The Role
This isn't a traditional HR Manager position. It's a strategic support role for someone who moves between board-level presentations and hands-on execution without missing a beat. You’ll be the engine behind the People team's most important work, building the data stories that inform leadership decisions, producing the insight packs that land in boardrooms, and keeping complex cross-functional projects moving at pace.
If you're the kind of person who gets a quiet thrill from a beautifully built PowerPoint slide and can interrogate workforce data to find the insight buried inside it; read on.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Building executive and board-level presentations that turn complex people data into clear, compelling narratives
- Producing monthly and quarterly people insight packs, dashboards and reports
- Supporting Group-wide people projects, benefits reviews, engagement initiatives, organisational design, and more
- Conducting market research and benchmarking across reward, benefits and employee experience
- Acting as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders across multiple regional brands
- Driving action tracking, governance and follow-through so nothing falls through the cracks
What You’ll Bring
- A background in HR, People Operations, Business Management, HRBP, or Executive Support
- Exceptional PowerPoint skills, you care deeply about design, storytelling and visual clarity
- Confidence with data, you can find the insight, not just present the numbers
- The emotional intelligence to handle highly confidential information with professionalism
- A self-starter mindset, you identify what needs doing and you do it
- Experience supporting senior leaders or operating in fast-moving, multi-site businesses would be a real advantage
The Environment
This is a business that takes its people function seriously. You'll have genuine autonomy, real variety, and the chance to contribute to something genuinely ambitious. No two weeks look the same.
