Senior Property Manager in England

Location: Mayfair, London (Hybrid: 1–2 days WFH)

This is a rare opportunity for a refined, service-driven Property Manager to join one of London’s most prestigious estate agencies, overseeing an exclusive portfolio of luxury homes across Prime Central London.

You’ll be responsible for a beautifully managed portfolio of around 50 properties — many valued well in excess of £100,000 per annum in rent — where quality of service, attention to detail, and professionalism are paramount.

This isn’t a volume role; it’s about building relationships and delivering an exceptional, personalised experience for high-net‑worth landlords and discerning tenants.

The Role

• Manage a portfolio of high-end residential properties across Prime Central London
• Provide a seamless and attentive service to both landlords and tenants, ensuring the highest standards are maintained
• Conduct regular property inspections and meet clients and tenants in person when needed
• Oversee maintenance works and liaise with trusted contractors to ensure swift, high-quality resolutions
• Ensure full compliance with all regulations and internal standards – you’ll be \”best in class\” when it comes to safety and compliance
• Work closely with internal teams to uphold the company’s reputation for excellence
• Support the ongoing growth of the managed portfolio

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience managing Prime Central London or other luxury residential properties
• A calm, professional communicator with exceptional attention to detail
• Confident managing relationships with UHNW clients and luxury developments
• Strong knowledge of property compliance and best practice
• Highly organised, proactive, and polished in both manner and presentation
