Customer Service Executive β Prime Property | Central London β¨
Weβre working with a prestigious, globally recognised property brand to build a brand-new customer service team based in their Central London office.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding service to join a fast-paced, high-end environment where youβll be a key part of connecting clients to brokers and ensuring a seamless customer journey.
The role:
- Acting as the first point of contact for incoming property enquiries
- Qualifying leads and connecting them with the appropriate broker
- Managing follow-ups and ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the process
- Supporting brokers by keeping client information accurate and up to date
- Working to achievable KPIs to ensure quality communication and conversion
What weβre looking for:
- Previous experience in customer service, client coordination, or sales support (property experience is a bonus but not essential)
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A proactive, confident, and professional manner
- Strong attention to detail and a genuine passion for delivering a luxury client experience
The details:
π Full-time, office-based (Central London)
π Monday to Friday, 9am β 6pm plus 1 in 3 Saturdays (day off in Lieu)
π° Β£30,000 β Β£34,000 basic + up to Β£4,000 OTE
π― KPI-based commission structure
π 25 days holiday + bank holidays
