We’re working with a prestigious, globally recognised property brand to build a brand-new customer service team based in their Central London office. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding service to join a fast-paced, high-end environment where you’ll be a key part of connecting clients to brokers and ensuring a seamless customer journey.

The role:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for incoming property enquiries
  • Qualifying leads and connecting them with the appropriate broker
  • Managing follow-ups and ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the process
  • Supporting brokers by keeping client information accurate and up to date
  • Working to achievable KPIs to ensure quality communication and conversion

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous experience in customer service, client coordination, or sales support (property experience is a bonus but not essential)
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • A proactive, confident, and professional manner
  • Strong attention to detail and a genuine passion for delivering a luxury client experience

The details:

  • Full-time, office-based (Central London)
  • Monday to Friday, 9am – 6pm plus 1 in 3 Saturdays (day off in lieu)
  • £30,000 – £34,000 basic + up to £4,000 OTE
  • KPI-based commission structure
  • 25 days holiday + bank holidays
