Remote or Hybrid | Full-Time | City of London Residential Conveyancing | End-to-End Caseload | High-Performing Team
We’re exclusively partnering with a fast-growing, high-performing residential property business that supports homeowners across the UK through streamlined, efficient transactions. Due to continued growth, they’re looking to add an experienced Conveyancer / Conveyancing Executive to their Transactions team. This role is ideal for a conveyancer who enjoys running files end-to-end, working at pace, and taking real ownership of their caseload - without unnecessary red tape.
The Opportunity
You’ll manage a full residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to post-completion, covering both sales and purchases. Working closely with an external partner law firm and internal teams, you’ll have the autonomy to manage your files while being well-supported operationally. If you thrive in a structured, high-volume environment and take pride in getting transactions exchanged and completed efficiently, this role offers both stability and progression.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing residential conveyancing matters from instruction to post-completion
- Handling sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity
- Drafting and reviewing contracts, TR1s, mortgage deeds and completion statements
- Ordering and reviewing searches, analysing title and flagging risks
- Raising and responding to enquiries with solicitors, agents, lenders and clients
- Coordinating exchange, completion, SDLT submissions and Land Registry applications
- Ensuring compliance with SRA, AML, GDPR and internal procedures
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in residential conveyancing (freehold & leasehold)
- Confident running your own caseload independently
- Strong knowledge of UK sale and purchase processes
- Experience with searches, title review, SDLT and Land Registry
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Experience in a high-volume or fast-paced conveyancing environment
- Exposure to unregistered titles, new build or shared ownership
