An established, high-end property business based in the heart of Mayfair is looking for a professional and polished Receptionist - Sales & Lettings Administrator to become the face of their office. This is a pivotal front-of-house and administrative role, supporting a busy sales and lettings team while ensuring the office operates seamlessly and to the highest standards. You’ll be working in a refined, client-focused environment where attention to detail, discretion, and professionalism are essential.
This position combines front-of-house responsibilities with hands-on sales and lettings administration. You’ll play a key role in supporting the full property lifecycle, from listings through to sales progression, while delivering an exceptional experience for clients, colleagues, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities- Acting as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and staff
- Managing all front-of-house duties and maintaining a pristine office environment
- Welcoming clients and offering refreshments
- Coordinating with third-party suppliers for office upkeep
- Providing administrative support to sales and lettings negotiators and managers
- Coordinating appointments, diaries, and calendars
- Supporting sales progression, listings, and lettings administration

- Working closely with multiple departments to support the listings function
- Assisting other offices within the wider network when required
