Ready for the business side of property? If you’re already in property or you’ve been a negotiator and want a change without stepping away from the industry this could be the move that actually makes sense. This is an opportunity to join the head office of one of London’s most established estate agency networks, working at the heart of the business rather than on the shop floor. You’ll be supporting a portfolio of offices, helping them win instructions, grow stock levels and ultimately perform better all while developing a much deeper understanding of the commercial side of property. It’s not cold sales. It’s advisory, relationship-led and strategic.
The role:
- You’ll operate like a mini business owner, managing around 10–12 offices and building strong relationships with office directors and managers.
- Your role is two-pronged:
- Business development – speaking with vendors, landlords and developers to generate valuations and instructions for your offices
- Account management – working closely with subscribing offices to maximise opportunities and results
Who this suits:
- This role is ideal if you:
- Have some experience in property (negotiator, sales, lettings, admin, support, or similar)
- Are commercially minded and enjoy conversations about business, not just deals
- Want Monday–Friday hours without stepping away from property altogether
- Are motivated, resilient and happy to put the work in
- Like the idea of running your own patch and being accountable for results
What you’ll get:
- £25,000+ basic (DOE)
- OTE £32–37k year one | £37k+ year two
- Commission paid on valuations, instructions, completions & mortgage referrals
- Quarterly bonuses, weekly & quarterly incentives, small friendly leaderboard
- 20 days holiday + bank holidays + your birthday off
- Central London office (The Strand)
- Structured onboarding + continuous training
- Exposure to senior leadership, marketing, tech and franchise operations
- Many people in this team have gone on to progress into other areas of the business, several senior leaders started here.
Culture & environment:
This is a grown-up, supportive and sociable team. Expectations are high, but management style is relaxed - you’re trusted to get on with it. The team works hard, supports each other and enjoys the wins. It’s a simple role to understand, but not an easy one. You’ll need consistency, drive and the ability to grind and you’ll be rewarded if you do. If you’re curious about the bigger picture of property and want a role with longevity, structure and progression — I’d love to tell you more. Message me directly or apply via LinkedIn.
