The Role As Sales Director , you’ll take full ownership of the company’s multi-team sales function, overseeing overall sales performance. You’ll bring structure, clarity, and inspiration to an already high-performing environment, leading from the front while driving commercial growth and strategic improvement. Your focus: build a motivated, accountable, and results-driven culture that delivers exceptional customer outcomes. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and motivate multiple sales teams to achieve and exceed performance targets. Oversee all aspects of the property sales cycle, from valuation strategy to offer negotiation. Drive a proactive sales culture focused on pipeline growth, conversion, and profitability. Manage pricing and stock strategy, ensuring properties are positioned to sell quickly and profitable Collaborate with senior leadership and client services to ensure an exceptional end-to-end customer journey. Uphold high compliance standards (AML, property regulations) and manage escalated queries with professionalism. Analyse performance data, prepare reports, and contribute to business-wide strategy and process improvement. About You You’re not just a sales leader – you’re a catalyst for growth. You combine commercial acumen with people leadership, balancing the discipline of operations with the energy of hands-on sales. Essential: Proven experience leading high-performing sales teams in property or a similar fast-paced environment. Strong understanding of UK property sales, AML, and compliance. Excellent motivational and coaching skills with the ability to inspire buy-in and change. Strategic thinker who can balance short-term results with long-term vision. Confident communicator with senior stakeholders and adaptable in a dynamic, evolving environment. Desirable: Experience in fast-sale, hybrid, or online property models.
