We’re working with a highly respected, market-leading London agency looking for an experienced Sales Negotiator to join their successful West Wickham office, a profitable, well-established branch with genuine progression potential.

This role would suit someone already performing at Senior Negotiator level, or an ambitious Negotiator ready to step up and take ownership.

  • Year 1 OTE: £55K+
  • Year 2 OTE: £100K+

West Wickham offers one of the most enjoyable patches in South East London to work in, a strong residential market with predominantly freehold stock, excellent clients, and a genuine community feel.

You’ll be trusted with:

  • Conducting viewings and negotiating offers
  • Generating valuations and winning instructions
  • Building long-term buyer and vendor relationships
  • Managing pipelines through to completion
  • Collaborating closely with neighbouring offices
  • Supporting the overall running and performance of the branch

You’ll have autonomy, visibility, and the opportunity to develop into a leadership role naturally through performance.
