- Growing stock levels and driving office revenue.

- Negotiating offers and seeing sales through to completion.
- Managing your own pipeline and overseeing sales progression.
- Playing a central role in shaping the office as it scales.
- Current ASM or Senior Sales Negotiator with a strong track record of valuations and instructions.
- Proven ability to thrive in a competitive, high-volume market.
- Ambitious, entrepreneurial, and hungry to step into management quickly.
- Confident communicator and natural leader.
