Our award-winning platform connects SMEs to finance and cost-cutting solutions so they can grow faster. We’re looking for a creative visual storyteller and social content editor to help us bring our platform to life—telling the weird and wonderful stories of the businesses we work with, showcasing real use cases, and scaling our reach through short-form video and platform-first storytelling.
About the Role: We’re on the hunt for a video-first content creator who can edit, schedule, and publish standout videos for TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts. You’ll be the team’s go-to person for high-impact, high-quality visual content that builds brand love, drives engagement, and grows the long-term video content strategy for the business. You’ll work alongside our Global Campaigns Manager, in our fun CampaignCreators team, to deliver a video-led content calendar of business storytelling and funding education—while also contributing to wider content ideation, social media strategy, and reporting.
If you live and breathe social trends, community engagement, obsess over video editing transitions, and know how to grow a brand from 2k to 50k+ followers, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Video Creation & Editing (Primary Focus)
- Edit short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts
- Transform raw footage into polished, platform-optimised content with strong hooks and visual flow
- Research and implement new trends, transitions, captions, and storytelling formats to boost watch time and engagement
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to storyboard and shape compelling narratives
- Use AI tools and creative software to speed up editing workflows and elevate production quality
- Own and execute the day-to-day social media calendar across multiple platforms
- Write, schedule, and publish platform-native copy, captions, and hashtags that align with our tone and audience
- Monitor trends, formats, and audio clips to jump on relevant cultural moments and drive visibility
- Be available to contribute to wider content and design assets such as emails, leaflets, PDFs, and other campaign deliverables
- Ensure all visual and written content is on-brand and tailored to the audience and channel
- Track, report, and visualise content performance across all channels (reach, engagement, views, ROI)
- Work with the Global Campaigns Manager and Head of Search to build dashboards in HubSpot, Google Analytics (or similar tools) to measure impact
- Contribute to content-driven retargeting strategies that nurture users through their journey
- Partner with SEO and Paid Media teams to align content with CRO, landing page performance, and campaigns
Success Metrics:
- Lead Generation – Number of leads generated through social and content-driven campaigns
- Revenue Impact – Revenue attributed to content (tracked via HubSpot/CRM)
- Engagement Growth – Social media reach, shares, comments, and interactions
- Retargeting Performance – Conversion rates from content-based retargeting
- Content Calendar Execution – A well-organised, consistently updated calendar
- Team Collaboration – Strong partnership with internal stakeholders and your direct report
- Data-Driven Storytelling – Frequency and quality of content informed by internal insights
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in revenue-driving content creation, preferably in B2B, fintech, or SaaS
- Deep understanding of social platforms and what performs on each
- Strong video editorial skills, writing, and briefing
- Experience using or knowledge in tools like HubSpot, Slack, Canva, Figma, ChatGPT or other creative/AI software
- A self-starter with the ability to work cross-functionally, globally, and manage multiple projects
- Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative, creative team environment
