Project Associate - 84158

I’m partnered with a reputable lighting company, in search of their next Project Associate.

Location: Middleton, MA

About this role:

1. Act as primary operations group contact for customers. Provide product availability and lead time information. Direct advanced issues to appropriate department.
2. Process sales orders from the project portal using the ERP software. Review to ensure all information is accurate for proper fulfillment. Interface with sales or engineering to resolve any issues.
3. Establish Estimated Ship Date (ESD) from Supply Chain reports.
4. Work with manufacturing team to monitor made products, determine lead times, communicate to customer.

Experience:

1. Customer service background
2. Use of ERP and Excel
3. Ability to handle varying customer requirements
