We’re looking for a Part Time Freelance Junior Site Administrator to help manage product data and make sure every launch runs smoothly. No experience needed — just rock-solid attention to detail and basic spreadsheet skills. Under 18? No problem. Open to UK applicants aged 16 and over — if you’re detail-focused and reliable, we want to hear from you. What You’ll Do Add and update new product info in Akeneo (our product database). Double-check prices, specs and images before hitting publish on our Magento site. Upload and format SEO friendly copy Update products across the site based on sales and stock. Keep spreadsheets accurate and up to date. Spot mistakes before customers do. Support our merchandising team and flag issues fast. Obsessive eye for detail — you don’t let mistakes slip. Confidence using Google Sheets . Reliable and organised — you stick to deadlines. Good communicator — you’ll ask clear questions when something’s off. No experience needed — we’ll train you.
