What we’re looking for

We design and manufacture products worldwide, aiming for perfect and timely delivery. Improving the customer experience is a priority, requiring efficiency across our supply chain.

We seek a highly organized and detail-oriented Junior Quality Control Technologist to ensure that every product leaving our manufacturers meets our standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure all upholstered products meet internal quality standards before dispatch.
• Log all QC inspections on the designated platform.
• Conduct spot check QC visits at UK and EU manufacturers.
• Report manufacturing defects to manufacturers.
• Submit and follow up on claims for manufacturing defects.
• Maintain all required compliance documentation.
