About Swoon
Swoon was founded in 2012 to create distinctive designs that owners will want to keep forever and a lofty goal to spark home obsession everywhere. We’re a digital-first brand powered by data, creativity and a deep understanding of how people discover and fall in love with great design online. As a high-growth e-commerce business, performance marketing plays a critical role in how we scale. We design, test and refine products rapidly and our digital channels are the engine that introduces these designs to customers. Our ability to reach the right audiences, tell compelling stories through creative and drive efficient revenue growth is central to our success. You’ll be joining a lean, ambitious team where Paid Media is a major growth driver. We move fast, experiment constantly and use data to inform our decisions. If you love optimising, testing, learning and seeing your work have a direct commercial impact, you’ll fit right in.
What we are looking for
We’re looking for a Paid Marketing Executive who is analytical, creative, and obsessed with performance. You’ll own the day-to-day execution of paid marketing across Meta, Google, Pinterest and other paid channels - ensuring we hit ROAS, revenue, and efficiency targets while supporting sustainable customer growth. This is a hands-on role that sits at the intersection of performance, creative, data and trading. You’ll be responsible for campaign execution, optimisation and insight generation, and you will work closely with design, trading, data and wider marketing to ensure our full-funnel acquisition engine is running at its absolute best.
Responsibilities
- Campaign Execution & Daily Optimisation: Manage daily pacing and delivery across Meta, Google, Pinterest and other platforms. Monitor spend, revenue, ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPM, making proactive optimisations. Pause under-performing ads, keywords or audiences, and allocate budget to winners. Resolve ad disapprovals and ensure all campaigns comply with platform requirements. Monitor live promotions and ensure paid messaging matches trading priorities.
- Performance, Insight & Reporting: Produce weekly and monthly performance reports across campaigns, channels and audiences. Evaluate ROAS, CAC, revenue contribution and efficiency, sharing clear insights and next steps. Track upper, mid and lower funnel performance and identify leaks or bottlenecks.
- Feed & Product Data Management: Manage and troubleshoot product feeds (GMC, Meta Catalogue, Pinterest Catalogue). Resolve feed errors, update labels and ensure product data accuracy for ads. Partner with the Buying & Merchandising team to ensure stock, pricing and product availability are reflected correctly in ads.
- Testing & Experimentation: Run A/B tests: audiences, formats, copy, landing pages and creative concepts. Interpret results and create frameworks for continual optimisation. Identify and troubleshoot funnel drop-off points by device, landing page and traffic source.
- Creative & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with the Creative team to brief new ads, refresh concepts and prevent creative fatigue. Provide insights on formats, messaging and creatives to fuel better performance. Collaborate with Buying & Merchandising and Content teams to align paid activity with launches and seasonal pushes.
- Campaign Planning & Strategic Support: Support monthly and quarterly planning, including budget phasing and channel mix recommendations. Launch new campaign structures, scale winning strategies, and support broader growth objectives. Review bidding strategies, automation settings and account structures to maintain best practice.
Requirements
- 2-4 years hands-on experience managing paid social and/or PPC for a high-growth brand or agency.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, Pinterest Ads, and GA4.
- Highly analytical, data-driven and comfortable working with numbers at speed.
- Experience running structured tests, interpreting results and informing decisions.
- Strong communicator able to present complex insights in a simple, compelling way.
- Proactive, commercially minded and comfortable working in a fast-paced SME environment.
- Intermediate Excel / Sheets skills (pivot tables, sumifs, index match).
- Data literacy is essential with ability to handle large amounts of data from various sources and an ability to draw out insights and trends that will drive business value.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities.
- Able to attend in-person workshops in London 1-2 times per month.
