We’re looking for a reliable, positive, and well-presented part-time team member to support our showroom and customer service operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pack and dispatch swatch orders
  • Call customers who have purchased swatches to follow up and assist with enquiries
  • Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer enquiries
  • Manage live chat enquiries
  • Book in deliveries and coordinate incoming stock
  • Keep the showroom clean, tidy, and well-presented at all times
  • File invoices and check invoices for accuracy
