Guaranteed Earnings & Uncapped Commission: Earn £12.71 per hour on an Employed basis (typical OTE of £32,000) or choose Self-Employed with uncapped earning potential exceeding £38,000+ (which includes a training bonus to support you while learning the role). Both options feature uncapped commission - the more you put in, the more you get out!
