We're looking for a detail-oriented Verification Agent to join our supportive call centre team. In this role, you'll play a critical part in our compliance process, ensuring every customer receives a clear, professional, and honest experience. Key Responsibilities Verify Sales: Conduct inbound/outbound verification calls for field-based customer sales. Ensure Compliance: Listen carefully to call details, following structured scripts and regulatory guidelines. Deliver Great Service: Provide friendly, professional service and answer customer queries with confidence. Record Keeping: Log call outcomes, carry out administrative updates, and report discrepancies to team leaders. What We're Looking For Excellent verbal communication and an enthusiastic telephone manner. High attention to detail and strong active listening skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Comfort using computer systems and updating customer records accurately. Reliability, punctuality, and flexibility across shift patterns.
