Als Technical Writer ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen, beheren en verbeteren van technische documentatie voor onze machines. Je zorgt ervoor dat gebruikershandleidingen, trainingsmateriaal en projectdocumentatie duidelijk, volledig en klantgericht zijn en voldoen aan wet- en regelgeving.
Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:
- Het schrijven en onderhouden van gebruikershandleidingen voor complete machines
- Het ontwikkelen van trainingsdocumentatie (Operator- en Advanced-niveau)
- Het opzetten en beheren van documentatie in het contentmanagementsysteem (Author-IT)
- Het samenstellen van klantspecifieke projectdocumentatie
- Het verzamelen en structureren van technische informatie in samenwerking met Engineering
