Wil jij bouwen aan de volgende generatie verpakkingsmachines? Als Hardware Engineer bij Mpac Langen ontwerp je elektrotechnische oplossingen voor klant-specifieke systemen en werk je mee aan uitdagende projecten over de hele wereld. Als Hardware Engineer werk je aan het ontwerp en de ontwikkeling van hoogwaardige verpakkingsmachines. Je speelt een belangrijke rol in de engineeringfase, waarbij je verantwoordelijk bent voor het elektrotechnisch ontwerp van nieuwe machines en machineconcepten.
Samen met Mechanical Engineers en Software Engineers bespreek je het ontwerp van de machine of lijn en bepaal je welke hardwarematige oplossingen nodig zijn om onze machines technisch optimaal te laten functioneren. Daarnaast ga jij je bezighouden met de volgende taken:
- Het ontwerpen en uitwerken van elektrotechnische schema’s in Eplan;
- Het uitvoeren van PL-berekeningen en andere veiligheidsberekeningen;
- Het selecteren van de juiste technische componenten en materialen;
- Het begeleiden van de detailengineering en vertalen van concept tot compleet ontwerp;
- Het controleren en verbeteren van bestaande schema’s en standaarden;
- Het samenwerken met productie en inkoop voor een efficiënte realisatie van projecten.
Je werkt vooral met Eplan P8 en ProPanel maar ook met SISTEMA, Project Complete, PDM en ERP-systemen. Het betreft een fulltime functie van 40 uur per week binnen ons engineeringteam in Wijchen.

Wie ben jij? Een afgeronde HBO of MBO-4 opleiding in Elektrotechniek, Industriële Automatisering of gelijkwaardige opleiding. Min. 3 jaar werkervaring in een soortgelijke functie binnen de machinebouw; Gedegen kennis van Eplan P8 is een pré en bij voorkeur ook met Eplan ProPanel en UL kennis. Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal; Je bent nauwkeurig, proactief en beschikt over goede communicatieve vaardigheden.
