Als Technical Writer ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen, beheren en verbeteren van technische documentatie voor onze machines. Je zorgt ervoor dat gebruikershandleidingen, trainingsmateriaal en projectdocumentatie duidelijk, volledig en klantgericht zijn en voldoen aan wet- en regelgeving.
Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:
- Het schrijven en onderhouden van gebruikershandleidingen voor complete machines
- Het ontwikkelen van trainingsdocumentatie (Operator- en Advanced-niveau)
- Het opzetten en beheren van documentatie in het contentmanagementsysteem (Author-IT)
- Het samenstellen van klantspecifieke projectdocumentatie
- Het verzamelen en structureren van technische informatie in samenwerking met Engineering, R&D, Service en Operations
- Het opstellen en beheren van CE-documentatie
- Het plannen en bewaken van documentatietrajecten binnen projecten
- Het organiseren en coördineren van vertalingen
- Het continu verbeteren van documentatieprocessen en -standaarden
Je werkt zelfstandig aan projecten en bent een belangrijke schakel tussen techniek, organisatie en klant.

Wie ben jij?
- Je beschikt over een HBO-bachelordiploma in Engineering of een vergelijkbare richting
- Ervaring als Technical Writer binnen de machinebouw (circa 4 jaar) is een pré
- Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring met het opstellen van technische handleidingen en constructiedossiers
- Je bent bekend met contentmanagementsystemen, bij voorkeur Author-IT
- Je hebt kennis van machinerichtlijnen en CE-trajecten
- Je hebt affiniteit met grafische vormgeving, lay-out en (bij voorkeur) video of animatie
- Je werkt gestructureerd, nauwkeurig en communicatief sterk
- Je beheerst de Nederlandse en Engelse taal goed
