The role involves implementing alarm strategies, monitoring BMS alarms from a base in Shipley, and supporting decarbonisation initiatives while prioritising remote-first resolutions.
You will collaborate with Product Support, Client Accounts and Commercial Engineering to enhance operational efficiency and ensure reliable operations.
