The Role: As a Customer Service apprentice, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive and seamless experience for our customers throughout their car rental journey. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with renting, returning, and resolving any issues they may encounter. Your exceptional communication skills, attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment will contribute to our goal of delivering outstanding customer service.
Main Duties:
- Identify and exceed customer requirements
- Ensure all administrative tasks are completed daily
- Coordinate and facilitate the delivery and collection of rental vehicles to and from designated locations
- Efficiently manage the rental process, including verifying customer information, processing payments and accurately completing rental agreements
- Maintain a full understanding of retail rental procedures
- Consistently comply with the Switch process
- Answering phone calls and responding to emails
Skills, Experience, and Qualifications Required:
- GCSE required in Math and English
- Communication skills
- Strong administrative skills
- Proficient computer skills
