Switch Car and Van Rental are recruiting for a Car Sales Administrator based at our Head Office in Exeter.
As a Car Sales Administrator, you will deal with customers via email correspondence or over the telephone.

Your role will involve dealing with customers via e-mail and on the telephone, invoicing, diarising vehicle deliveries, organisation of vehicle paperwork and key storage for in-fleeted and sales vehicles, using an in-house web-based vehicle ordering system, progressing customer orders to ensure satisfactory completion, liaising with internal departments, liaising with Sales Executives to provide administrative support.
This role is 37.5 hours per week contract, working Monday to Friday between 8.30am and 5.30pm in agreement with the departmental manager.
One-hour unpaid lunch break.
