Excellent customer service and communication skills Hold a full-valid driving licence for a minimum of 12 months, with no more than 9 points on your DVLA check. Identify and convert sales opportunities, motivate team in upselling of incremental products, Identify new business opportunities and partnerships, conducting market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead in the industry. Work within Service Level Agreements and drive performance improvement ensuring the branch meets all its KPI objectives. Ensuring the security of the branch and its assets, reporting any risks or security events to the Security Manager as soon as possible. Manage your time proactively to ensure branch performance is on target.
