Act as a first point of contact for managers or employees seeking guidance Operational advice across the full employee lifecycle Support managers with documentation and process guidance for employee relations casework Policy and compliance Oversee effective use of HR systems Ensure accurate employee records and maintained Continued professional awareness Skills, Experience and/or Qualifications Required A Level three CIPD qualification or willingness to study is highly desirable. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office - Word, Excel and Outlook. Ability to build positive relationships with managers and employees all levels. Confident and articulate verbal communicator with all levels of managers and employees. Ability to compose accurate, clear and concise written communications via letter and email. Able to work under pressure (deadlines and workload).
