The Role:
- Coordinating vehicle changeovers and managing the defleeting/bodyshop processes
- Liaising with customers, various departments and senior staff members
- Generating, overseeing, and tracking office tasks while adhering to tight deadlines
- Producing regular daily/weekly reports for management and providing ad hoc reporting as needed
- Complying to and following company policies
The candidate:
- Previous customer service experience desirable
- Happy to work independently, as well as in a team in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask
- MS applications experience an advantage
