SwitchCar Rental are recruiting for a Purchasing Administrator in our Fleet Department based at our Exeter Head Office. Your role as a Purchasing Administrator is to liaise with suppliers to ensure new vehicle products are delivered to rental locations.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Daily liaison with multiple vehicle suppliers via phone, mail and bespoke systems
  • Liaison with internal customers and staff on vehicle arrivals
  • Ensure accurate timely supply of all agreed new vehicle products
  • Report any delays from plan
  • Achievement of all relevant KPIs
  • Maintaining internal databases and spreadsheets

Skills, Experience and/or Qualifications Required:

  • No previous experience necessary, although previous administration experience preferable
  • Basic MS knowledge preferable

Hours of work: Monday to Friday, between the hours of 8am and 5pm.
