The predicted salary is between 25000 - 30000 £ per year.
The key purpose of the role is to provide accurate data regarding the purchasing and re-marketing of our fleet. Data will be sourced from the used vehicle market via market research and analysis, along with use of manufacturer websites. The role will ideally suit an analytical individual who has a keen interest in motor vehicles and works well as part of a team. We are happy to consider candidates who have recently left education, have a keen interest in numbers and are looking to take their first step in a finance team.
Main Duties:
- Measuring & analysing used vehicle online pricing
- Analysis of Industry Guide vehicle data
- Error and logic checking of retail pricing documents
- Identifying changes in used retail information
- Miscellaneous vehicle searches on an ad-hoc basis
- General data housekeeping
- Assist with the management of vehicle pricing files
- Run sense checks on pricing files to ensure accuracy at all times
- Assisting Pricing Team with Remarketing Enquiries as required
- Additional ad-hoc duties as given by Line Manager
Special Working Conditions:
37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday
Company Responsibilities:

- To adhere to all Scot Group policies and procedures.
- To undertake any training and development activities at the request of your Line Manager.
- Keep safe and secure, all company assets.
- Contribute fully as a Team Member, assisting others in their roles as requested by Line Manager.
Skills, Experience and/or Qualifications Required:
- Ideally good working knowledge of Vehicle Manufacturers, Models, Derivatives & Features.
- Ideally a good knowledge of MS applications in particular Excel.
- Ability to analyse data and identify errors or trends.
- Ability to build an understanding of Scot Group internal and bespoke programs.
- Will have, or be able to learn quickly, comprehensive understanding of SwitchFleet.
- Must be open-minded and flexible within the role.
- Applicant must demonstrate flexibility to deal with, and adapt to, an ever-changing business environment.
